ODS-Bookmark Manager WebID Protocol Sharing to Public

1. Configure Virtuoso+ODS instance as an X.509 Certificate Authority and HTTPS listener
2. Generate a Personal HTTP based Identifier for fictitious Person Entity: John and then bind his personal Identifier to an X.509 Certificate (thereby giving him a WebID)
3. Log into ODS-Bookmark Manager as user "Demo" (a Person Entity)
4. Share a bookmark to Public.
5. As user that has a valid WebID Protocol certificate: John, attempt to view the bookmark shared by Person Entity "Demo" by doing the following:
   • Refresh browser
   • Access the Bookmark Instance URL:
     

     
     https://host:ssl-port/dataspace/username/bookmark/user-bookmark-instance-name
     

     
     
   • For this example:
     

     
     https://ods-qa.openlinksw.com/dataspace/demo/bookmark/Demo%20User%27s%20Bookmarks
     

     
     
   • When prompted by browser, select John's Certificate:
     
     
     
     
   • After successful authentication, the Bookmark tree will be shown with the shared to you bookmark(s):
