Installing ODS-eCRM

The following guide shows the basic steps of ODS-eCRM installation:

1. Install the ODS package (ods_framework_dav.vad)
2. Install the Webmail package (ods_webmail_dav.vad)
   • this step is optional. ( in order the mail in eCRM to work properly)
   • If omitted, when accessed the Webmail Module in the eCRM UI, a reference for install the Webmail package will be shown.
3. Install the eCRM package (ods_ecrm_dav.vad ).
