Installing ODS-eCRM The following guide shows the basic steps of ODS-eCRM installation: Install the ODS package (ods_framework_dav.vad) Install the Webmail package (ods_webmail_dav.vad) this step is optional. ( in order the mail in eCRM to work properly) If omitted, when accessed the Webmail Module in the eCRM UI, a reference for install the Webmail package will be shown.
