---+++Installing ODS-eCRM

The following guide shows the basic steps of ODS-eCRM installation:

   1. Install the ODS package (<nowiki>ods_framework_dav.vad</nowiki>)
   1. Install the Webmail package (<nowiki>ods_webmail_dav.vad</nowiki>)
      * this step is optional. ( in order the mail in eCRM to work properly)
      * If omitted, when accessed the Webmail Module in the eCRM UI, a reference for install the Webmail package will be shown.
   1. Install the eCRM package (<nowiki>ods_ecrm_dav.vad</nowiki> ).
